  1. Earn'i açın ve Profil sekmesine gidin.
  2. Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı ve verileri sil seçeneğine dokunun.
  3. Hesabı kalıcı sil ile onaylayın.

Bu işlem anonim Firebase Authentication hesabını, Cloud Firestore oyun belgesini ve cihazdaki yerel oyun kaydını siler. Toplu ve kimlikten arındırılmış analitik kayıtlar yasal ve operasyonel saklama süreleri boyunca tutulabilir.

Account and data deletion

Delete instantly inside the app

  1. Open Earn and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account and data at the bottom.
  3. Confirm with Delete account permanently.

This deletes the anonymous Firebase Authentication account, Cloud Firestore game document, and local game save. Aggregated and de-identified analytics may remain for applicable legal and operational retention periods.

If you cannot access the app

Email us with “Earn Data Deletion” in the subject. We may request reasonable information to match the anonymous account.
